Synopsis: Amir Baktar leaves Canada on a routine business trip back to London. But before his plane ever lifts off, he finds himself dragged into a Kafkaesque nightmare. Seized by shadowy operatives, he is bundled onto a small jet and subjected to prolonged interrogation and torture in obscure corners of the world. In the process, Amir realizes he’s had information all along that could blow the lid off this whole War on Terror… the information that led to his being targeted in the first place. When he finds himself sprung from captivity by real insurgents and on the run in Central Asia, Amir must use all his wits to avoid the hunters from all sides of this bizarre looking glass war.

Dirty and dangerous, MUD is a man’s world where they live by their own “wild west” code.
The only place for a woman crazy enough to end up here is the kitchen. For Bev, and everyone else, this is a problem. Because Bev can’t cook.
